These Terms and Conditions shall apply to Your use of the (“Venson Fleet Online”).“Venson Fleet Online” means ONLY services that are accessible to our clients via secure login and includes; Fleet online and “Dashboard plus” accessible https://fleetonline.venson.com
By using Venson Fleet Online you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If You do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, You should not use Venson Fleet Online.
We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time so you should check these regularly. Your use of Venson Fleet Online will be deemed an acceptance of the terms existing at that time.

9. Termination

11. Use of Demonstration and Live Interactive Services
Should you receive registration details for the use of the demonstration or live Fleet Online services, you agree not to distribute the registration details to any third party. You agree to use the demonstration system purely for the purpose of evaluation and the live system purely for the purpose of managing fleet issues. The User undertakes not to print, publicise or disclose to any third party any information relating to demonstration or live Fleet Online system without the prior consent of Venson.
12. General
12.1 Invalidity
If any court or regulator decides that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or otherwise unenforceable, such provisions shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.
12.2 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and Venson Fleet Online are governed by English law. Disputes can be dealt with by the English courts.
12.3 Third Party Rights
These Terms and Conditions apply between Us and Users. No other person is entitled to benefit under these Terms and Conditions.
We are not responsible for any actions or policies of any third parties who request Your User information and Users should check the applicable privacy policy of such third parties.
12.4 Cookies
Information and data may be automatically collected through the use of Cookies. "Cookies" are small text files that store basic information that a web site can use to recognise repeat site visits and as an example, re-call your name if this has been previously supplied. When the author of a site uses descriptive link text, all links on the page will make sense even when read out of context. For users of assistive technology (e.g. Screen-readers) this can allow them to quickly jump through pages of text to find relevant links.
Most images on this site contain additional 'alternate' text that is stored with the image. This allows users who otherwise wouldn't be able to see the image access to the stored information.
